If you want to keep up with the latest updates, you can subscribe to the RSS feed by clicking on the Feedburner icon. If you are new to RSS and need a reader, Bloglines or Newsgator are two popular (and free) choices. Here is a really good tutorial on using Bloglines if you would like to check it out. If you would prefer to receive updates via e-mail, check out RSSFWD, a site that converts RSS feeds into e-mails.
